Blue Cheesy Potato Wedges

Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
Ingredients:
2 Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
2 tablespoons ranch seasoning
Kosher salt, to taste
1/2 cup blue cheese, crumbled
Directions:
- Sprinkle the potato wedges with the ranch seasoning and salt. Grease
generously the Air Fryer basket. - Place the potatoes in the cooking basket.
- Roast in the preheated Air Fryer at 400 degrees for 12 minutes. Top with the
cheese and roast an additional 3 minutes or until cheese begins to melt. Bon
