Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
For the Sauce:
1 tablespoon yellow mustard
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 cup ketchup, no sugar added
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and ground black pepper, to your liking
1/8 teaspoon ground allspice
1/4 cup water
For the Wings:
2 pounds chicken wings
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1/4 cup habanero hot sauce
Chopped fresh parsley, or garnish
- In a sauté pan that is preheated over a medium-high flame, place all the
ingredients for the sauce and bring it to a boil. Then, reduce the temperature and
simmer until it has thickened.
- Meanwhile, preheat your Air Fryer to 400 degrees F; cook the chicken wings
for 6 minutes; flip them over and cook for additional 6 minutes. Season them
with celery salt.
- Serve with the prepared sauce and habanero hot sauce, garnished with fresh
parsley leaves. Bon appétit!
