Cooking Time: 25 Minutes
½ cup peanut butter, crunchy
2 tbsp butter, diced
¼ cup + ¼ cup sugar
4 eggs, room temperature
⅛ cup flour, sieved
1 tsp salt
¼ cup water
- Make a salted praline to top the chocolate fondant. Add ¼ cup of sugar, 1 tsp
of salt and water into a saucepan. Stir and bring it to a boil over low heat.
Simmer until the desired color is achieved and reduced. Pour it into a baking
tray and leave to cool and harden.
- Preheat the air fryer to 300 F.
- Place a pot of water over medium heat and place a heatproof bowl over it.
Add in chocolate, butter, and peanut butter. Stir continuously until fully melted,
combined, and smooth. Remove the bowl and allow to cool slightly. Add eggs to
the chocolate and whisk. Add flour and remaining sugar; mix well.
- Grease 4 small loaf pans with cooking spray and divide the chocolate mixture
between them. Place 2 pans at a time in the basket and cook for 7 minutes.
Remove them and serve the fondants with a piece of salted praline.
