Ingredients:

1/3 cup coconut flour
½ cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons stevia
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 eggs, whisked
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
¼ cup almond milk
Cooking spray

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients except the cooking spray and whisk well.
    Grease a cupcake tin that fits the air fryer with the cooking spray, pour the
    cupcake mix, put the pan in your air fryer, cook at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes,
    cool down and serve.
