Cooking Time: 20 Minutes
1/2 stick butter, at room temperature
1/2 cup chocolate, unsweetened and chopped
1 tablespoon liquid stevia
1 ½ cups coconut flour
A pinch of fine sea salt
2 eggs, whisked
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Begin by preheating your Air Fryer to 330 degrees F.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter, chocolate, and stevia.
- Add the other ingredients to the cooled chocolate mixture; stir to combine
well. Scrape the batter into a lightly greased baking pan.
- Bake in the preheated Air Fryer for 15 minutes or until the center is springy
and a toothpick comes out dry. Enjoy
