Cooking Time:30 Minutes


4 sheets of puff pastry
1/3 cup apricot jam
1/3 cup pine nuts, roughly chopped
1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 stick butter, melted
3 tablespoons granulated sugar


  1. In a mixing dish, thoroughly combine the sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, ginger,
    pine nuts and apricot jam.
  2. Divide the mixture among 4 puff pastry sheets. Fold the pastry over the filling
    and carefully seal the edges.
  3. Brush each dumpling with the melted butter. Air-fry at 345 degrees F
    approximately 27 minutes. Bon appétit!
