Peach Pie Recipe
Cooking Time:45 Minutes
1 pie dough
2 ¼ lbs. peaches; pitted and chopped.
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. dark rum
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp. flour
A pinch of nutmeg; ground
2 tbsp. butter; melted
- Roll pie dough into а pie pan that fits your air fryer and press well.
- In а bowl; mix peaches with cornstarch, sugar, flour, nutmeg, rum, lemon
juice and butter and stir well.
- Pour and spread this into pie pan, introduce in your air fryer and cook at 350
°F, for 35 minutes. Serve warm or cold
